Webster University currently leads all teams after day one of the 2019 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Championship. The Gorloks shot a first round 287 and followed with a second round 301 for a two-round score of 588. With one round remaining the Gorloks are in front by 44 strokes. Will Hocker is the day one leader with a 142 as Webster has four of the top five individuals on the leaderboard.
Fontbonne sits in second place with a team score of 632, led by Sam Kaminski and Matt Rapisardo's 6th place standings. They are followed by Westminster College (656), Iowa Wesleyan University (670), Blackburn College (672), MacMurray College (695), and Eureka College (780). Spalding's Kendall Hale is part of a two-man squad and is currently in 4th place overall.
