The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference is accepting applications for internship positions this fall. The annual internships are divided by fall and spring semesters and this year will include a $1,000 stipend per internship. Candidates should have the following skills: strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to work independently, and organizational skills.
The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference is currently located in Carlinville, Illinois. Interns will be working with Commissioner Dick Kaiser and Director of Athletic Communications Brian Lovellette.
The goal of the internship is to give students an opportunity to learn a variety of projects, attend administrative meetings, running championship events, and access to NCAA resources.
The successful candidate must be working toward their bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Communications, Administration, Business, or other related majors. Students must complete the internship application and submit the documents to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone interviews will be used to make the selection of the candidates.
