Eureka College 'RED DEVILS'

After winning two consecutive games in Mid-November Eureka has now dropped three straight including back to back conference games last week. Eureka is 2-4 overall and 0-2 in the SLIAC as they play their first home conference game of the season this weekend. Eureka is averaging 70.3 points per game, 4th in the SLIAC, but have failed to reach that mark in each of their last three games.

Eureka has had to adjust their play after the graduation of last year's Player of the Year, Hayley Reneau, but has the experienced players to guide them. Senior Lexi Dooley is averaging 8.3 points and 10.8 rebounds per game. Ashley Harfst, a junior, leads the team at 11.7 points per game while fellow junior Kennedy Dura is averaging 10.5 points per game and has knocked down 50-percent of her three-pointers this season.

Westminster College 'BLUE JAYS'

Westminster has jumped out to a 6-1 overall record and is 2-0 in the SLIAC after picking up wins over Iowa Wesleyan and Blackburn last week. The Blue Jays are averaging 76.0 points per game this season, 2nd best in the SLIAC while knocking down a conference-high 9.1 three-point field goals per game. The Blue Jays have been able to take care of the ball this season, turning the ball over a conference-low 15.4 times per game.

Mirrakohl Johnson has been a force on the inside for Westminster this season, putting up 17.3 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. She is shooting 54-percent from the field and given the Blue Jays a consistent scoring threat other than All-Conference guard Kendahl Adams. Adams is averaging 16.3 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. The Blue Jays have also been sparked from outside threats Kalle Dowler, with a SLIAC high of 20 three-point field goals, and Kendal Miller, 35-percent from three-point range.

Last Meeting
Eureka swept the regular season series last year; winning 90-84 in overtime on the road and 81-75 at home in the second game. Kennedy Dura had a team-high 23 points for the Red Devils in the second meeting while Kendahl Adams led Westminster with 25 points.
