Player of the Week for the week of October 22-28.
Brown, an outside hitter, averaged 3.29 kills per game, 4.67
digs per game and had eight service aces as Principia posted a
5-1 record last week. Their lone loss was to nationally ranked
No. 4 Washington University (Mo.).
Brown had 12 kills, six digs and four
service aces in a 3-0 victory versus Westminster College (Mo.).
She then recorded double-doubles with 15 kills and 22 digs
versus Greenville College, 15 kills and 17 digs versus Adrian
College and 17 kills and 23 digs versus William Woods
University.

Grobe, a middle hitter, averaged 3.36 kills per game, 3.27 digs per game
and had 10 total blocks in three matches played last week. She also
recorded two double-doubles for the week, with 11 kills and 13 digs
versus Lincoln Christian College and 14 kills and 14 digs versus
Greenville College.
The Gorloks were 3-0 on the week, including a non-conference win versus
Illinois College in which Grobe had 12 kills, nine digs and a .385
attack percentage. |

Faith, an outside hitter, recorded a career-high 18 kills as the
Red Devils defeated Blackburn College 3-2 last week. She also
recorded her fifth double-double of the season by adding 14 digs
and finished with a match-high .306 hitting percentage. |

Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of October 1-7.
Hoette, a middle blocker, led the Saints in kills in all three matches
she played last week. She finished the week with 41 kills, a .407
hitting percentage, 14 digs, six blocks and two service aces.
Hoette had 11 kills, a .500 hitting percentage
and five digs in a 3-0 Maryville victory versus Westminster College
(Mo.). She then added 20 kills, a .421 hitting percentage, four digs and
two block assists as the Saints picked up an important conference win on
the road at Eureka College. Hoette ended the week with 10 kills, a .304
hitting percentage, five digs and three blocks as Maryville defeated
Lincoln Christian College 3-0.

seven blocks total for the week.
Richards recorded 38 set assists twice -
in a 3-1 loss to No. 18 University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a
3-1 loss to Wartburg College. She also added 34 set assists,
five service aces and 15 digs as the Panthers defeated
University of Wisconsin-River Falls 3-0. Other notable stats for
the week include 26 set assists and six service aces versus
Westminster College (Mo.) and five kills, five service aces and
nine digs versus UW-La Crosse. |

recorded zero errors in three matches played last week. She also had 18
blocks, 15 digs and four service aces as the Panthers went 3-0 for the
week.
Speer tallied 12 kills, three blocks and a .545 attack percentage versus
Maryville University (Mo.). She then added 12 kills, 10 blocks, eight
digs and a .480 attack percentage versus Eureka College. Speer ended the
week with 10 kills, five blocks, five digs, four service aces and a .526
attack percentage versus MacMurray College. |

Alo had 57 kills, a .219 hitting percentage, seven service aces,
65 digs and 10 total blocks as the Panthers went 4-0 last week.
She recorded 20 kills and only two errors versus Fontbonne
University, while also serving six straight points in the fifth
and deciding game to give her squad the win. She also had 26
digs and four blocks versus the Griffins. |

Schweitzer played in five matches, recorded 135 digs and had
only three errors in 127 receipts last week. She had 31 digs in
the Gorloks 3-0 loss to University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and
then added 33 digs in a 3-2 win versus Colorado College.
Webster placed second at the Colorado College Tournament, where
Schweitzer was also named to the All-Tournament Team. |

Player of the Week for the week of August 27-September 2.
Speer, a 6-2 outside hitter, was named to the
All-Tournament Team at the Monmouth (Ill.) Invitational after leading
the Panthers to a 2-1 record. In 12 games played she recorded 55 kills
and a .303 attack percentage, while also adding 11 block solos, four
block assists, 26 digs and six service aces. Speer had 18 kills versus
both Monmouth College (Ill.) and Loras College, and she tallied 19
kills, a .371 attack percentage, three service aces, nine digs and five
solo blocks versus Hannibal-LaGrange College. |
