Oct 19-25 Kaitlin Titsworth Fontbonne So Breese, Ill./Mater Dei

Fontbonne University's Kaitlin Titsworth, a sophomore from Breese, Ill. (Mater Dei), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 19-25.

Titsworth posted a time of 21:33 at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Invitational held at Forest Park. She placed ninth out of 45 runners competing and helped her squad to a second place finish out of six teams.

Oct 12-18 Casey Powell Principia Fr Colorado Springs, Colo./Cheyenne Mountain

Principia College's Casey Powell, a freshman from Colorado Springs, Colo. (Cheyenne Mountain), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 5-11. This is the second consecutive week that she has earned the honor and the third time this season.

Powell placed second at the Illinois College Invitational in Jacksonville, Ill., finishing behind an NAIA runner. She ran a time of 23:33 on the 6K course, while helping her squad to a fourth place finish out of six teams competing.

Principia College's Casey Powell, a freshman from Colorado Springs, Colo. (Cheyenne Mountain), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 5-11. This marks the second time this season that she has earned the honor.

Powell was the individual champion at Principia's own Cowbell Classic. She won the women's 5K race with a time of 20:46. Powell also led the Panthers to a second place finish out of six teams competing.

Sep 28-Oct 4 Shanna Ambuehl Greenville Jr Kinmundy, Ill./South Central

Greenville College's Shanna Ambuehl, a junior from Kinmundy, Ill. (South Central), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 28 - October 4.

Ambuehl, who was competing in only her second career race, finished the 5K course at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic with a time of 19:34.98 to place 21st out of 298 total runners. She also led Greenville to a fourth place finish overall in the Blue Division, which had 35 teams competing.

Principia College's Casey Powell, a freshman from Colorado Springs, Colo. (Cheyenne Mountain), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 14-20.

Powell posted a personal best time of 19:22 on the 5K course at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships hosted by Illinois State University in Normal, Ill. She finished 51st out of 306 runners and helped the Panthers to a 20th place finish out of 31 overall teams. Principia finished 13th out of 24 teams in the college division.

Sep 7-13 Rachel Hanson Fontbonne Jr Clarksville, Tenn./Rossview

Fontbonne University's Rachel Hanson, a junior from Clarksville, Tenn. (Rossview), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 7-13.

Hanson ran a time of 21:37 to place ninth out of 56 runners at the Maryville Invitational. Her 5K performance ranks third all-time at Fontbonne, and she also helped lead the Griffins to a second place finish out of six teams competing.

Sep 1-6 Michelle Sutton Greenville Sr Springport, Mich./Jackson

Greenville College's Michelle Sutton, a senior from Springport, Mich. (Jackson), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 1-6.

Sutton posted a time of 19:55.80 at the 5K With a View hosted by Millikin University. She placed third out of 43 runners and led the Panthers to a second place finish out of four teams competing.
