Oct 20-26 Jes Banda Maryville (Mo.) Fr Jackson, Mo./Notre Dame

Maryville University's Jes Banda, a freshman from Jackson, Mo. (Notre Dame), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 20-26.

Banda ran a career-best time of 21:14 on the 5K course at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Invitational. She placed third among all individual competitors and led Maryville to a second place team finish.

Oct 13-19 Kaitlin Titsworth Fontbonne Fr Breese, Ill./Mater Dei

Fontbonne University's Kaitlin Titsworth, a freshman from Breese, Ill. (Mater Dei), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 13-19.

After a four week absence due to injury, Titsworth returned to the race path and posted a personal best time of 21:18 at the Illinois College Invitational. She placed 11th out of 60 runners competing. Fontbonne did not post a team score.

Oct 6-12 Rachel Hanson Fontbonne So Clarksville, Tenn./Rossview

Fontbonne University's Rachel Hanson, a sophomore from Clarksville, Tenn. (Rossview), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 6-12. This marks the third time this season that she has earned the honor.

Hanson shattered her own school record for 5000 meters by 12 seconds at the Border Wars hosted by Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She ran a time of 19:58 to place 39th out of 131 total runners. Hanson, who led the Griffins to a 12th place finish, was also the top SLIAC runner in the field.

Sep 29-Oct 5 Geavonna Kinney Greenville Jr Alton, Ill./Alton

Greenville College's Geavonna Kinney, a junior from Alton, Ill., has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 29-October 5.

Kinney posted a personal best time of 20:47 at the Greater Louisville Classic hosted by the University of Louisville. She placed 49th out of 205 runners competing and helped lead Greenville to a sixth place finish out of 28 teams.

Sep 22-28 Rachel Hanson Fontbonne So Clarksville, Tenn./Rossview

Fontbonne University's Rachel Hanson, a sophomore from Clarksville, Tenn. (Rossview), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 22-28. This marks the second time this season that Hanson has earned the honor.

Hanson recorded the second fastest time in school history at the Lundeen/Brissman Invitational hosted by Augustana College (Ill.). She placed 46th out of 315 runners with a overall time of 24:13.

Principia College's Merrilee Hale, a senior from Bellingham, Wash. (Sehome), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 15-21.

Hale paced the Panthers with a time of 20:42 at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships hosted by Illinois State University. She placed 84th out of 234 total runners and helped Principia to a 19th place finish out of 25 teams.

Sep 8-14 Michelle Sutton Greenville Jr Springport, Mich./Jackson

Greenville College's Michelle Sutton, a junior from Springport, Mich. (Jackson), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 8-14. This is the second time this year that she has earned the honor.

Sutton paced the Panthers with a time of 19:50 at the Bradley Open hosted by Bradley University. She finished 19th out of 151 total runners competing and helped lead Greenville to 9th place out of 18 teams, including five NCAA Division I schools.

Fontbonne University's Rachel Hanson, a sophomore from Clarksville, Tenn. (Rossview), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of September 1-7.

Hanson was the individual champion at the Maryville Invitational this past weekend. She ran a time of 20:52 on the 5K course at Parkway Central High School, finishing 1st out of 34 runners. Hanson also helped Fontbonne earn top honors at the Invitational, as the Griffins finished first out of five teams competing.

Greenville College's Michelle Sutton, a junior from Springport, Mich. (Jackson), has been named the SLIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of August 29-31.

Sutton posted a time of 15:36.4 at the Big River Running Early Bird hosted by Washington University. She placed 27th out of 143 runners and led the Panthers to a 7th place finish out of 20 teams competing.
