Principia Wins Men's Cross Country Crown; Spalding's Deng Takes Home Individual Title
The Principia College men's cross country team placed four runners in the top 10 to win the 2011 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Cross Country Championship held at Hillsboro Country Club and Park District in Hillsboro, Ill. Spalding University junior Abram Deng claimed the individual crown with a time of 25:17 on the 8K course, finishing 18 seconds ahead of the second place runner.

The Greenville College men's cross country team won the 2010 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Cross Country Championship by only one point, reclaiming the crown after falling short the past two years. It marks the 12th time that the Panthers have won the Championship, which was held at the Hillsboro Country Club and Park District.

Fontbonne Men's Cross Country Claims Second Consecutive SLIAC Title
ELSAH, Ill. - The Fontbonne University men's cross country team claimed their second consecutive St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) title with a first place finish out of six teams at the 2009 SLIAC Championships held at Principia College. The championship is only the second in the program history, as the Griffins edged Greenville College by the small margin of four points.
