Greenville College's Dominic Kegel, a senior from Hunters, Wash., has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of November 3-9. This is the second consecutive week that he has earned the honor.

Kegel, a 6-2 quarterback, passed 14-of-19 for 304 yards, five touchdowns and had one 2-point conversion completion in the Panthers 49-26 victory versus Eureka College. He also rushed for 31 yards, including one touchdown and one 2-point conversion rushing.

Greenville College's Dominic Kegel, a senior from Hunters, Wash., has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 27-November 2.

Kegel, a 6-2 quarterback, passed 7-of-13 for 69 yards and one touchdown, while also tallying 79 yards and two touchdowns on 15 rushes in the Panthers 29-27 victory on the road at Westminster College (Mo.).

MacMurray College's Demarien Hampton, a sophomore from Chicago, Ill. (Percy Julian), has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 20-26.

Hampton, a 6-4 quarterback, completed 27-of-41 passes for a total of 373 yards and three touchdowns in the Highlanders 47-34 victory versus Eureka College. Hampton's first half statistics alone included 21-of-26 completions for 254 yards and two touchdowns. He engineered five touchdown drives on MacMurray's first six possessions, with four of the drives of at least 10 plays.

Hampton's performance helped him to break several MacMurray season records, including touchdown passes (24), pass attempts (300), completions (153) and yards (2,188).

Oct 13-19 Colt Shope LaGrange Jr Easley, S.C./Easley

LaGrange College's Colt Shope, a junior from Easley, S.C., has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 13-19.

Shope, a 5-9 wide receiver, had a career-high 131 yards rushing and a career-high 87 yards receiving in the Panthers 37-20 victory versus Westminster College (Mo.). He averaged 21.8 yards on six rushing attempts, including a long rush of 63 yards, and had one touchdown. Shope also set school records for longest pass reception (77 yards) and yards per reception (29.0 yards). His 77-yard reception also resulted in a touchdown.

Oct 6-12 Offensive Line Huntingdon - -

The Huntingdon College offensive line has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Players of the Week for the week of October 6-12.

The Hawks offensive line paved the way for a school record 590 yards of total offense, including 395 yards on the ground, in their 62-0 victory over Eureka College. The offense averaged 7.7 yards per carry and 7.3 yards per play. Of the 81 offensive plays run by Huntingdon, only two were stopped behind the line of scrimmage, while a third play was recorded as a loss due to a fumble. In 30 passing plays, the offensive line did not allow a sack.

Huntingdon, who remains undefeated at 5-0 overall and 3-0 in conference play, finished the game with school records in total offense (590 yards), rushing yards (395 yards) and total points scored (62).

Huntingdon College's Justin Ridgeway, a junior from Frisco City, Ala. (Excel), has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of September 29-October 5. This marks the second time this season that he has earned the honor.

Ridgeway, a 6-3 quarterback, threw for a career-high 281 yards, while matching a career-best 66 rushing yards. He tossed a pair of touchdown passes, while completing 18-of-29 passes, good for a completion percentage of .621. Ridgeway also helped the Hawks remain undefeated at 4-0 overall and 2-0 in the SLIAC with the 28-12 win on the road at Greenville.

Westminster College's Daniel Eidson, a junior from Camdenton, Mo., has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of September 22-28.

Eidson, a 6-3 quarterback, threw for 295 yards and five touchdowns in a 42-25 victory versus Eureka College in the Blue Jays SLIAC opener. He was 19-of-23 in passing with a long pass of 78 yards and two interceptions. Eidson also had 10 rushing attempts for a net of 95 yards.

Sep 15-21 Marc Randle MacMurray Jr St. Louis, Mo./University City

MacMurray College's Marc Randle, a junior from St. Louis, Mo. (University City), has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of September 15-21.

Randle, a 6-8 tight end, recorded five receptions for a total of 123 yards and one touchdown in MacMurray's 44-26 victory over Haskell Indian Nation University. He was also on the receiving end of a two-point conversion, as the Highlanders helped head coach Kyle Sweeney to his first career victory.

Eureka College's Nick Lindsey, a junior from Homer, Ill. (Heritage), has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of September 8-14.

Lindsey, a 5-10 quarterback, led the Red Devils to a 28-8 victory versus Concordia University-Chicago. He had his first career 100-yard rushing game, as he finished the game with 173 yards on 15 carries, including two rushing touchdowns and a long run of 60 yards. Lindsey was also 6-of-14 in passing for 78 yards and ran the offense with no turnovers.

Huntingdon College's Justin Ridgeway, a junior from Frisco City, Ala. (Excel), has been named the SLIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the week of September 1-7.

Ridgeway, a 6-3 quarterback in only his third career start, led the Hawks to a season-opening 41-35 victory versus Maryville College (Tenn.). He tossed for a career-high 232 yards and a career-best five touchdowns. His five touchdowns is also the second-best total in a single game in Huntingdon's six-year history.

Westminster College's Lester Jones, a senior from Kirkwood, Mo., has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of November 3-9.

Jones, a 5-11 defensive lineman, had six solo tackles and three assisted tackles in the Blue Jays 37-6 victory versus Blackburn College. He also added five tackles for a total loss of 35 yards and two sacks for a loss of 14 yards.

MacMurray College's Elijah McPherson, a freshman from Mesa, Ariz. (Skyline), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 27-November 2.

McPherson, a 5-11 linebacker, had seven solo tackles, five assisted tackles, one tackle for a loss of five yards, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. His forced fumble and recovery came with 2:33 left in the fourth quarter, giving the Highlanders a final possession that led to their game-winning touchdown. MacMurray defeated Blackburn College 17-10.

Eureka College's Matt Tieman, a freshman from Champaign, Ill. (St. Thomas More), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 20-26.

Tieman, a 5-11 defensive lineman, tallied six solo tackles, three assisted tackles and 4.0 tackles for a loss of five yards in the Red Devils 47-34 loss to MacMurray College. His nine tackles and 4.0 tackles for loss were a career-high, as he made his first start ever at defensive tackle. He also helped the Eureka defense hold MacMurray's running game to just 4.4 yards per rush.

Eureka College's Tim Dombrowski, a senior from Lansing, Ill. (T.F. South), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 13-19.

Dombrowski, a 5-6 linebacker, recorded seven solo tackles, two assisted tackles and had 3.5 tackles for a loss of 23 yards in the Red Devils 47-19 win on the road at Principia College. He also recorded one sack for a loss of eight yards. Dombrowski set a career-high in tackles for loss and helped his team to a total of 18 tackles for loss, eight sacks and four forced turnovers.

Principia College's Danny Kleinhenz, a junior from Houston, Texas (Memorial), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 6-12.

Kleinhenz, a 6-2 defensive back, recorded eight solo tackles, 11 assisted tackles, had two forced fumbles and one interception for a return of 24 yards in Principia's 14-0 loss on the road at Blackburn. The Panthers' defense forced three turnovers and had two sacks for the game, while allowing only one offensive touchdown.

Eureka College's Matt Knake, a junior from Freeburg, Ill., has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 29-October 5.

Knake, a 5-11 linebacker, recorded eight solo tackles, six assisted tackles and had 3.5 tackles for a loss of seven yards in a 26-13 victory on the road at Blackburn. He had a game-high in tackles and tackles for loss, while also recovering one of three fumbles on the day for Eureka.

LaGrange College's Tim Hill, a sophomore from Jacksonville, Fla. (Terry Parker), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 22-28.

Hill, a 6-1 defensive back, had one solo tackle, two assisted tackles and two tackles for a loss of three yards in the Panthers 59-0 victory versus Blackburn. He also ran back a fumble return 24 yards for a touchdown.

LaGrange's defensive unit recorded the first shutout in program history and held Blackburn to -10 yards of total offense.

MacMurray College's Tobias Alaribe, a sophomore from Chicago, Ill. (Percy Julian), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 15-21. This marks the second time this season that he has received the honor.

Alaribe, a 5-8 linebacker, tallied a game-high in tackles, tackles for loss and sacks in MacMurray's 44-26 victory at Haskell Indian Nation University. He recorded eight solo tackles, seven assisted tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss of 48 yards, three sacks for a loss of 24 yards and also forced one fumble.

Huntingdon's College's Mike Payson, a junior from Millbrook, Ala. (Stanhope Elmore), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 8-14.

Payson, a 6-0 defensive end, finished second on the team with nine total tackles, including eight solo stops and 3.0 for loss, in the Hawks 21-7 victory over Faulkner University. He also posted a sack for a loss of nine yards and added a quarterback pressure.

Sep 1-7 Tobias Alaribe MacMurray So Chicago, Ill./Percy Julian

MacMurray College's Tobias Alaribe, a sophomore from Chicago, Ill. (Percy Julian), has been named the SLIAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 1-7.

Alaribe, a 5-8 linebacker, had six solo and nine assist tackles to lead the Highlander defense in a 27-17 loss at Beloit College. He had 2.5 tackles for a loss of five yards and assisted on a sack for a loss of two yards. In addition to leading MacMurray in tackles, he also forced a fumble and had a fumble recovery for a return of 65 yards.

LaGrange College's Josh Stripling, a sophomore from Newnan, Ga., has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of October 27-November 2. This is the third time this season that he has earned the honor.

Stripling, a 6-0 kicker/punter, had eight kickoffs for a total of 512 yards, including one touchback in the Panthers' 63-19 victory versus Eureka College. He also went 7-for-7 in PAT attempts, increasing his streak to 19 straight made PAT attempts. Stripling also added one punt for 56 yards in the win.

Eureka College's Joe White, a freshman from Manito, Ill. (Concordia), has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of October 20-26.

White, a 6-0 kick returner, had four kickoff returns for a total of 100 yards, including a long return of 33 yards. His other three returns were 20 yards, 17 yards and 28 yards, helping him to a career and game-high 206 all-purpose yards in Eureka's 47-34 loss to MacMurray College.

LaGrange College's Josh Stripling, a sophomore from Newnan, Ga., has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of October 13-19. This is the second consecutive week that he has earned the honor.

Stripling, a 6-0 kicker/punter, set a school record by going 3-for-3 in field goal attempts in the Panthers 37-20 victory versus Westminster College (Mo.). He had a long field goal of 42 yards and also went 4-of-4 in PAT attempts. Stripling added eight kickoffs for a total of 510 yards in the win, including four touchbacks.

LaGrange College's Josh Stripling, a sophomore from Newnan, Ga., has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of October 6-12.

Stripling, a 6-0 kicker/punter, went 2-for-2 in field goal attempts, including a long field goal of 33 yards in the Panthers 20-6 victory versus Greenville College. He was also 2-of-2 in PAT attempts, had five kickoffs for a total of 325 yards, including one touchback. Stripling also had five punts for a total of 177 yards, with a long punt of 40 yards and two punts inside the 20-yard line.

Westminster College's Jake Hilton, a sophomore from Kirkwood, Mo., has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of September 29-October 5.

Hilton, a 6-0 kicker, went 2-for-2 in field goal attempts, with a long of 35 yards as the Blue Jays defeated Principia 48-6. The two field goals were his first attempts of the season. He was also a perfect 6-of-6 in PAT attempts, bringing his season PAT kick total to 13-of-15.

Eidson, a 6-3 punter, tallied three punts for a total of 107 yards. He averaged 35.7 yards per punt and recorded a long punt of 39 yards. He also had one punt inside the 20-yard line.

Blackburn College's Jordan Donaldson, a junior from Carlinville, Ill., has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of September 15-21.

Donaldson, a 5-11 punter, had eight punts for a total of 247 yards in the Beavers 55-14 loss to Martin Luther College. He averaged 30.9 yards per punt, including a long punt of 57 yards. Donaldson also downed two punts inside the 10-yard line and one inside the 2-yard line.

MacMurray College's Anthony Hughes, a freshman from Chicago, Ill. (Percy Julian), has been named the SLIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of September 1-7.

Hughes, 5-11, had 151 return yards in the Highlanders 27-17 loss at Beloit College. He had one punt return for 30 yards and six kick returns for a total of 121 yards. Hughes, who also had one solo tackle on special teams, recorded a long kick return of 37 yards.
