Buxton, a senior
guard from Wildwood, Mo. (Lafayette), scored a game-high 30 points to
surpass the 1,000-point plateau in his career in leading the Westminster
College men to an 89-71 victory over Principia College Wednesday in a
St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men’s basketball contest
in Fulton.

minutes for him to reach 1,000 points. With 17:35 remaining in the first
